Get Started
Coming October 10!
We will begin accepting New Patient Applications on our website starting on Saturday October 10, 2026 at 8:00AM.
We’re doing things a little different for this upcoming year. We will open the application process TWICE for 2027. Meaning: If you miss us this round, you will have another chance later in 2027!
First round: We will take a limited number of New Patients in October and they can expect to be seen within the First Half of 2027.
Second round: We will re-open the process for more applications in the Spring/Summer of 2027 (this date will not be decided until later in 2027). Those New Patients can expect to be seen in the Second Half of 2027.
We will be accepting around 40 to 50 New Patients this First Round. Let’s be honest: this is usually a frenzy. Last year we filled over 110 New Patient spots in less than 24 hours. Mark your calendar and set an alarm if you hope to be seen in the First Half of 2027!
What can you expect in the process?
This is a two-part process and BOTH steps must be done for your application to be considered. Please read carefully.
- Starting on Saturday, October 10 at 8:00AM you can come back to this page.
- Part I: You will complete the General Survey which gives you an introduction to how the office works, our process, and our fee schedule. We want you to get a feel if this is the right place for you! Completing this survey triggers a New Patient Application to be sent to your Inbox.
- Part II: A few minutes later you will receive an email from us (check your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions tab) that includes a secure link to click on. This will open a secure, confidential, and HIPAA compliant New Patient Application that you can complete and tell Dr. Watts more of your history and concerns.
- Within 2 weeks of submitting your New Patient Application, you will receive an email directly from Dr. Watts that either welcomes you as a New Patient for 2027 or she will provide you with contact information of another provider that may be a better fit for your needs.
Referral Network
While Naturopathic Doctors are limited, there are a number of great providers and local resources available that may help as you build your healthcare all-star team. In a sea of resources, websites, and socials, it can be overwhelming to find the perfect “fit”.
Here, we’ve done the work for you. We take our referral network seriously and we will accept nothing less: If we would trust them with our family, then we trust them for you. If you were unable to get on our New Patient Roster, one or mare of these resources may be a good fit.
In 2027, the patient population Dr. Watts will be serving will include those with digestive dysfunction, those with suspected mold-related illness, and women’s health/hormones issues. If you don’t fall within the population she treats, this referral network may also help you find someone who does specialize in the care you need.

Whether you find another provider through our referral network or not, we would still like to be of help to you, even if from afar. Here are a few ideas from Dr. Watts to get you started:
- Join our newsletter for office updates but also to receive health tidbits, stories, and connection with Dr. Watts.
- If you have a primary care provider, do check in with them for a yearly screening physical and bloodwork. If you have specific health concerns, be sure to bring those to their attention. If you do not have a primary care physician, it’s a good time to get established with one as they fill a very specific role that Dr. Watts cannot.
- Dr. Watts is a firm believer that the food you eat can either be your best form of medicine or it could be the root cause of your health concerns. Keeping a food journal for even a week can sometimes help you to notice patterns in what you eat and how you feel. Log each meal, in detail, for a week. Log any symptoms that occur throughout the week and the timing of them. Take note of any patterns: perhaps you noticed more fatigue following sugary meals, or more heartburn after a dairy-rich treat. And always, emphasize as many whole foods, foods from the Earth, and foods without a label or package as you can.
- Take note of your environment: we live in a time that’s exponentially more toxic than our ancestors ever experienced. What are you putting onto your body, around your body, and into your body? If you read labels on hygiene products, cleaning products, detergents, and even food, and see ingredients that you can’t pronounce, then there’s a good chance your body won’t recognize those chemicals either. Ditch them and find alternatives; the shorter the ingredient list the better.
- In almost every case that Dr. Watts sees there is a root cause of stress intertwined into it. This is not to say that you need to lead a life that’s stress-free; that’s not likely possible for most! When your mind/body/spirit is under duress, many other aspects of health (sleep, energy, hormone balance, digestion, and neurotransmitter production) will actually be put on the back burner until that stress is dealt with.
Find safety for your mind, for your body, for your spirit, in whatever form that works best for you (life coaching, therapy, meditation, church, Bible study, hobbies, social time with loved ones). If you don’t know what works best, now is a great time to do some exploration. Truly, this is medicine, too!
Hoping that this list gives you some areas to focus on until we can meet in person. Thanks for your interest and we will see you in the future!
